This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to clarify the final order passed by this Court in W.P.No.31402 of 2023, dated 02.11.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in paragraph 4 of the final order dated 02.11.2023, the direction was to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 05.10.2023. However, the prayer was only to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and also by taking into account the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the word 'respondents' mentioned in paragraph 4 of the final order dated 02.11.2023 shall stand substituted with "1st respondent".

4. With the above clarification, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. Registry shall issue the amended copy to the parties concerned forthwith.
