A.No.2805 of 2020 in C.S.No.691 of 2019 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN J, This application has been filed seeking permission to produce additional documents.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the application, it is stated that the plaintiff moved the suit emergently as there was continuous infringement of the plaintiffs copyright in the suit film and in oversight the subject documents were left out. The bare minimum documents showing copyright ownership in the suit film supportive to the suit relief were filed along with the plaint.

3.In the counter filed by the fourth respondent, it is admitted that Bharani pictures is a partnership firm but that he was not aware about it subsequently being incorporated as a Private Limited Company. It is also stated that the agreement dated 05.03.1998 was executed in his favour and signed and handed over.
