WP 22352 of 2014 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order dated 13.08.2014 by the second respondent herein rejecting the tender of the petitioner pursuant to the tender notification ROC No.1038/2014/A15 dated 07.08.2014 in respect of the work improvements of the Roads from 3 Nos. in Panamarathupatty Block Package No.SLM 2/2014-15 of Salem District under Rural Infrastructure Scheme 2014-15 and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's tender for price bid in respect of the said work. C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, made a submission that the cause aroused for the purpose of filing these writ petitions did not exist as of now.
