ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 27.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19409 of 2022, thereby directing the respondents to restore the petitioners' seniority in accordance with merit/mark based seniority list issued by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the third respondent vide proceedings dated 02.09.2024. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 02.09.2024, before this Court along with compliance report.
