the petitioners land described in schedule of the property at Myladuthurai District for the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the properties which are the subject matter of the Sale Deed bearing Doc.No.1069/2024 dated 21.03.2024 or pass any such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit.

ORDER
Seeking direction to respondents 1 and 2 to take action on petitioners complaint dated 09.04.2026 in CSR.No.0091/2026 in accordance with law, this petition has been filed.
2. Mr.A.Damodaran, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submitted that the enquiry is pending before the respondent police.
3. In this regard the second respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the third respondent under summons under Section 64 BNSS and afford an opportunity of hearing to both the parties and thereafter conclude the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
