It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner - R.Kalyanaraman had died.

2. This petition has been filed to substitute the legal heirs of the deceased R.Kalyanaraman, the petitioner in the main writ petition as proposed petitioners 1)Uma (wife), 2)Gayathri (Daughter) and 3) Subhadra Mercy (Daughter), as the proposed 4th respondent in the aforesaid W.P.No.14190 of 2016.

nvi 3.Heard both sides. The factum of the death of the petitionerR.Kalyanaraman in W.P.No.14190 of 2016 and the proposed parties are the legal representatives are not in dispute.

4.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed.

5.The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title within a period of two weeks.
