Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the relief of issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner between 31.10.2009 and 24.04.2012 and direct the 1st respondent to sanction the salary to the petitioner for the above period together with all other withheld payment by considering his representation dated 16.07.2014.

ORDER

Seeking for mandamus to the respondents directing them to consider the services of the petitioner between 31.10.2009 and 24.04.2012 and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to sanction the salary to the petitioner for the above period together with all other withheld payments based on his representation, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.

2. Today, when the writ petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. This court, accordingly, grants permission to the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
