Learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a final report and memo for return of the warrant on the ground that the warrant was successfully executed on 29.09.2022. A separate memo is also filed seeking additional remuneration on the ground that the learned Advocate Commissioner had to spend about six days in Rajkot for executing the warrant. A sum of Rs.50,000/- was paid as initial remuneration. By taking into account the volume of work, the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand only) as additional remuneration to learned Advocate Commissioner. Such amount shall be paid within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the dispute with the respondent was settled and therefore seeks permission to withdraw the application. He has made an endorsement to the said purpose. Subject to the direction in respect of payment of additional 1 / 3
