ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the 3rd respondent .

2. Admittedly, against the order passed by the 3rd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent, an appeal remedy is provided under the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Books Act, 1983 and against which, revision is available before the first respondent/District Revenue Officer. Without availing the alternative remedy, the petitioner cannot straight away filed the writ petition and hence, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
