ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.192 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent police to the 3rd respondent or any other investigation agency.

2. It is seen that this petitioner is neither the de facto complainant nor the accused in Cr.No.192 of 2015. Even according to the petitioner, he is a social activist and whistle blower. Hence, this petitioner has no locus standi to challenge the investigation in Cr.No.192 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2015 in a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., since such proceedings are not public interest litigations. Accordingly, this petition stands closed.
