It is stated that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition imposed by this Court on 13.06.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.7191 of 2022, while granting suspension of sentence.

Now, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

This Court, while considering the nature of the offence committed by the accused, the condition to report before the Learned II Additional District Judge, CBI Cases, Coimbatore, on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30., until further orders is hereby modified as to report before the Learned II Additional District Judge, (CBI Cases), Coimbatore, on first workday once in three months i.e., January, April, July and October, at 10.30 a.m.
