This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an Order dated 16.05.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11786 of 2024, to appear and sign before the respondent Police everyday at 10:00 AM, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear and sign before the Neyveli Police Station, Cuddalore on every Saturday at 10:30AM for a period of two months.
