PRAYER The Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the 1 st respondent and 2 nd respondent to produce the body of petitioner's minor child Master R.Sam Joshua (5 years old) before this Court and handover the custody to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This Court, vide order dated 30.07.2025, had referred the matter to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Court for an amicable settlement.

2. Pursuant to the negotiations, the parties have arrived at a mutual and amicable settlement and a report was sent by the Mediation Centre in Mediation File No.1104/2025 dated 02.09.2025 attaching the terms of settlement.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties are ready to abide by the settlement arrived at before the Mediation Centre.

4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the report of the Mediation Centre, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
