ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the offence under Section 6 (4) of the Tamil Nadu Schedule Commodities (Regulation of Distribution Through Card System) order 1982 r/w Section 7(1)(a)(ii) of the Essential Commodities Act 1955 in Crime number not known of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, FIR in Crime No.148 of 2020 has been registered. 3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and the petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh anticipatory bail petition by quoting the crime number. -sd/- 10/11/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
