O R D E R

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 85, 295(b), 115(2), 351(3) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No. not known of 2025, seek 1/4

anticipatory bail.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.284/2025 and an FIR has not been registered.

3. In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from today. If the petitioner's appearance is required, the respondent shall issue a notice under Section 35 of BNSS, 2023 and on such notice, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent and co-operate with the investigating agency. Till the conclusion of the enquiry, the respondent police shall not arrest the petitioner.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
