This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by the learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No.471 of 2018 dated 21.02.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly appearing before the respondent police from 11.01.2018 and he had sought for relaxation of the bail condition already imposed and the same was modified in Crl.M.P.No.471 of 2018 as the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police on every Monday and Friday at 4.00 p.m. until further orders. He also submitted that the petitioner is complying with the said order also regularly. Hence, he seeks for relaxation of the said condition in Crl.M.P.No.471 of 2018.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly abiding the condition imposed by learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore, in Crl.M.P.No.471 of 2018, the condition is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the same Court on the first working day of first and third week of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
