This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 45 days in filing the above appeal against the judgment and decree dated 01.02.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.1032 of 2019 on the file of the Special District Court, (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Krishnagiri.

2.Though notice has been served on the respondents 1 to 4 and 7 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.

3.The 5th respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with.

4.Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel takes notice for the 6th respondent.

5.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the 6th respondent and perused the entire materials available on record.

6.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and delay is condoned.
