ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed in para No.8 imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8840 of 2026 dated 08.04.2026 on the file of the respondent police. L.VICTORIA GOWRI, J.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition in para No.8 imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8840 of 2026, dated 08.04.2026, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned ". The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain intact.
