This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the 3rd respondent impugned order bearing Proceedings No.Na.Ka.No.1372/2008/A3 dated 02.09.2008 made pursuant to the inspection of the 2nd respondent on 23.01.2008 and to quash the same.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the above submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
