Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned clarification letter issued by 1st respondent in Letter.No.12868/11/2006-11 dated 16.05.2011 (Ex-A) which is contrary to 2nd respondent letter dated 02.02.2007 and the 3rd respondent proceedings in Letter No.8150/A2/2006 dated 14.06.2011 (Ex-B) and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to recast the impugned seniority list dated 14.06.2011 by 3rd respondent and place the petitioners above respondents 4 to 38.

2. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court. No costs.
