This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner in order Crl.M.P.No.732 of 2023 in CRL.O.P.No.16005 of 2022 dated 24.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
