ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.SOUNTHAR, J.) The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2026 to de-seal the premises put up at No.82/27 Josier Street, and Door No.143 Kodambakkam High Road, Chennai-600 024, so as to enable petitioner to carry out rectification by demolition of the same and to receive and consider petitioner's application for demolition and reconstruction expeditiously and in accordance with law within a reasonable time.
2. Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents, would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 06.04.2026 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent / Executive Engineer, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) weeks from today.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
