On the request made by the learned counsel for the respondents, these matters are listed under the caption "for being mentioned".

This Court by its order dated 11.01.2021 directed the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2020 seeking for reschedulement of pending works and pass final orders on the petitioner's representation within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has received the web copy on the following date i.e., on 12.01.2021. However, he would submit that due to administrative reasons, they are unable to dispose of the petitioner's representation, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of such order. Hence, he seeks

further time of two weeks from today to dispose of the petitioner's representation.

4. After considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.12.2020 seeking for reschedulement of pending works, within a period of two weeks from today.

5. The order dated 11.01.2021 passed by this Court shall stand modified accordingly and the other terms remain unaltered. 25.01.2021 vsi2
