ORDER

On an earlier occasion, when the matter was taken up for consideration by this Court on 06.08.2018, there was no representation for the Petitioner and hence, the matter was ordered to be listed on 09.08.2018 under the caption for dismissal. Again the matter was adjourned to 05.09.2018, at D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.

Srcm the request of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and on 05.09.2018, also, since there was no representation, again the matter was ordered to be posted on 11.09.2018, under the caption for dismissal. Earlier also, there were several adjournments given at the request of the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

2. Even today, i.e. 11.09.2018, when the matter is taken up for consideration, neither the Petitioner is present nor there is any representation on behalf of the Petitioner and hence, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter and accordingly, this OP is dismissed, for non-prosecution. No costs.
