(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We heard Mr.P.Paramasiva Doss, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader assisted by Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have not abided by the order passed by this Court on 20.01.2022 in W.P.No.560 of 2022. They were required to pass an order with regard to the encroachment made by respondents 5 to

10. The petitioner was never called for hearing.

3. According to learned State Government Pleader, the order has already been passed on 06.03.2022 and as per the said order, no encroachment has been found on the part of respondents 5 to 10.

4. The order of this Court is complied with. In case any party is aggrieved by the order passed, the same can be assailed in accordance with law.
