ORDER

The petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.713 of 2026 in Crl.M.P.No.519 of 2026 in Crl.M.P.No.342 of 2026 dated 08.04.2026 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirupur, by allowing this Criminal Original Petition and fully relax the petitioner to appear

and sign before the respondent police.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.713 of 2026 in Crl.M.P.No.519 of 2026 in Crl.M.P.No.342 of 2026 dated 08.04.2026, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
