Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to modify the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Court, Chennai, in Cr.MP.No.213/2019 in CCB Cr.No.503/2018 dated 08.01.2019 and direct the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for CBCID and CCB Cases, Chennai, to return the original Title Deed produced by the petitioner. ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Chennai, in Cr.MP.No.213/2019 in CCB Cr.No.503/2018 dated 08.01.2019 and direct the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for CBCID and CCB Cases, Chennai, to return the original Title Deed produced by the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawing this petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, who imposed the conditional order dated 08.01.2019 in Cr.MP.No.213 of 2019. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the abovesaid submissions and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.
