The husband is shown to be a resident of Pattabiram in Chennai. Since transfer is sought for only to the Sub Court and the presence of the parties is not required for every hearing, the inconvenience caused to the husband by the transfer will be very less as his appearance is not required for every hearing. 3.Considering the convenience of the wife, HMOP.No.360 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee and transferred to the file of Principal Sub Court, Trichy to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
