Today, this petition was listed under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent, seeking correction in order, dated 05.07.2023. 2.When the matter was called, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that in paragraph No.5 of the order, dated 05.07.2023, instead of directing the Directorate of School Education/4th respondent to notify the vacancy list to the Teachers Recruitment Board, it has wrongly mentioned as the Directorate of Technical Education.
3.Considering the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, the paragraph No.5 of the order, dated 05.07.2023 is to be read as follows:

"5. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the Directorate of School Education/4th respondent to notify the vacancy list to the Teachers Recruitment Board and thereafter, the Teachers Recruitment Board shall forward the list to the Directorate of Technical Education within a period of one week and thereafter, necessary appointments shall be made as per rules."
4.The Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in the said order and issue fresh copy. Except the above correction, the above order remains intact.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the selection list dated Page No.5/9
13.10.2022 for the post of PG Assistant in Mathematics pursuant to Notification No.01/2021, dated 09.09.2021 issued by the second respondent in so far as the said list does not contain the name, User ID and Roll number of the petitioner and consequently direct the second respondent to include the name of the petitioner along with the User ID and Roll number for the post PG Assistant in Mathematics in the Provisional Selection list dated 13.10.2022 based on the communal roaster and marks secured by the petitioner in the computer based written examination held by the second respondent on 14.02.2022 and issue appointment Order to the petitioner for the post of PG Assistant in Mathematics pursuant to the Notification No.01/2021, dated 09.02.2021.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has written the examination for PG Assistant in Mathematics and Lecturer in Government Polytechnic Colleges and he was selected and also attended certificate verification. However, most of the selected candidates have opted for lectures in Government Polytechnic Colleges. The further contention of the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner is that though the petitioner is in the reserved category, the vacancies have not been notified Page No.6/9
by the Director of Technical Education and Directorate of School Education. According to the learned Senior Counsel, the Directorate of School Education as well as the Teachers Recruitment Board are blaming each other and they have not published the vacancy list.
3. The learner Government Advocate appearing for the Teachers Recruitment Board would submit that once the Directorate of Technical Education notifies the vacancies, they will give the list of reserved candidates for appointment.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for Directorate of Technical Education submitted that they will notify vacancies within three days from today.
5. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the Directorate of Technical Education to notify the vacancy list to the Teachers Recruitment Board and thereafter, the Teachers Recruitment Board shall forward the list to the Directorate of Technical Education within a period of one week and thereafter, necessary appointments shall Page No.7/9
be made as per rules.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
