This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents herein to correct the online Patta No.3835 which is in the name of the Petitioner firm by including survey No.130/1B, Sholinganallur Taluk, Palavakkam Village, Chennai District as per the manual patta. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner, wherein the petitioner is seeking for correction of the online patta No.3835 by including S.No.130/1B as per the manual patta. 2.

Mr.M.Mani Gopi, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the second respondent has already fixed the date for an enquiry on 26.11.2020 at 2.00 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the second respondent has already called the parties for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
