ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed for the wilful disobedience of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.18305 of 2017 dated 26.6.2019 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent relying upon the status report and the compliance report filed today and submitted that all steps were taken to find the whereabouts of the missing person and till date, he is not able to be traced.
