The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.09.2025 and 22.09.2025 respectively for the alleged offence under Sections 296(b), 118(1), 115(2), 351(2) of BNS @ Sections 296(b), 118(1), 115(2), 351(3) of BNS @ 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 103(2) of BNS in Crime No.225 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been detained under Act 14 of 1982.
