ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to set aside the orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.712 of 2026 in Crl.M.P.No.526 of 2026 in Crl.M.P.No.224 of 2026 dated 08.04.2026 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Tirupur by allowing this Criminal Original 1/3
Petition and fully relax the petitioner to appear and sigh before the respondent police.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in in Crl.M.P.No.712 of 2026 in Crl.M.P.No.526 of 2026 in Crl.M.P.No.224 of 2026 dated 08.04.2026, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
