This petition is filed to implead the petitioner/proposed respondent/LW3 to be represented on behalf of the deceased viz., Mani @ Loganathan in the above Crl.O.p.No.5527 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered by impleading the petitioner as 2nd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.5527 of 2021.
