ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.2 of 2015 registered on the file of the first respondent police station.

2.Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side. Today, both the first petitioner and the second respondent are present in Court and they filed a Memo of Compromise. An affidavit has also been filed by the second respondent and she also stated that she has no objection for quashing the proceedings in Crime No.2 of 2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The Memo of Compromise is recorded. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the F.I.R. in Crime No.2 of 2015 is hereby quashed.
