Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in impugned order in Petition No.1101/2019/RDP/DP dated 09.02.2019 passed by the 1st respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to conduct investigation and take necessary prosecution action against the offenders for their irregularities committed in Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005, MGNREGA (100 Days Employment Scheme) and Individual Household Latrine (IHHL Schemes in the K.Vetrappatti Village Panchayat, Harur Block and Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

When it is pointed out by the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that the District Collector, Dharmapuri is the competent authority to take action on the complaint of the Petitioner and the First Respondent has also forwarded the same to the District Collector, Dharmapuri, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. It is further submitted that if necessary, the Petitioner would make fresh representation to the District Collector, Dharmapuri and in the event of failure to act upon the same, he would work out his remedies before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law.
