ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.24 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Coimbatore, to CBCID on the ground that the matter of serious fraud, forgery, cheating and fabrication of records has not been properly investigated.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that since the genuineness of the document has been questioned in the complaint, the same was sent to Forensic Analysis and the alleged forgery has been found to be true as per the record of the Forensic and draft final report is made ready and the same will be filed within a period of 30 days from today.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court holds that there is no necessity for transfer of investigation. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent police to file the final report within a period of 30 days from today. 07.08.2024 Index:yes/no ari To:
