O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) Complaining that the petitioner's minor daughter, aged about 16 years had gone missing and the police have not taken any action against the petitioner's complaint seeking for securing the minor girl, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2.Pending the Habeas Corpus Petition, the respondent Police have secured the petitioner's minor daughter and produced her before this Court. The petitioner is also present before this Court. When we had interacted with both the mother as well as the minor daughter, they expressed their willingness to reconcile, and that the petitioner's daughter would be under the care and protection of her parents. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, no further orders are required in this petition.
