ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent-District Magistrate/District Collector to expeditiously act as and when the request under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act is made and to take possession of the secured asset expeditiously and to forward the same to the petitioner bank. On a perusal of the papers filed before us, we find that a copy of the petition filed before the second respondent, viz., the District Magistrate/The Collector-Kancheepuram District, is not on record. In the absence of the said petition which indicates the prayer in the petition, it is not possible for us to adjudicate and pass any order.

Hence, this writ petition is dismissed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a proper writ petition, if so advised. No costs.
