ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) The petitioner has sought for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order of online rejection dated 31.03.2016, on the application of the petitioner dated 01.03.2016 on the file of the respondent, quash the same and to consequently direct the respondent to issue Panniandi Scheduled Caste community certificate to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader taking notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. It appears that in connection with the issuance of "Panniandi Scheduled Caste Community Certificate", relying upon the community certificates issued by the revenue authorities in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

favour of her father, brother and sister stating that they belong to Panniandi Scheduled Caste Community, the petitioner has applied to the Tahsildar, Krishnagiri District seeking for issuance of such certificate to herself for the purpose of availing facilities through online, as directed by the respondent in his memo dated 8.9.2015. Since the said application has been rejected by the respondent authority without assigning any reason, she is before this Court.

Having heard the learned counsel on either side, we remit the matter to the Tahsildar, Krishnagiri District, the respondent herein to consider the application of the petitioner for issuance of "Panniandi Scheduled Caste Community Certificate" and to do the needful in accordance with law, after holding enquiry as well as verification of the certificates issued to her family members, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, W.M.P.No.19395 of 2016 is closed. No costs.
