At the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the matter has been listed under the caption 'for being mentioned'.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in the certified copy of the order passed in the above Writ Petition dated 13.03.2015, it was omitted to mention the names of the Power Agents in the cause title. The petitioners have filed the Writ Petition through their Power Agents.

3.In these circumstances, the Registry is directed to incorporate the names of the Power Agents of the petitioners in the cause title and issue a fresh copy of the order to the learned counsel on either side, on an application being made by them, separately. In other aspects, the order dated 13.03.2015 shall remain unaltered.
