Therefore, the anticipatory bail petition has become infructuous so far as the 1st petitioner / A2 is concerned.

2.Recording the above submission of the learned Government (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition stands dismissed as against the 1st petitioner / A2.

3.So far as the 2nd petitioner / A3 is concerned, list the matter once again on 06.08.2024. Counter to be filed.
