This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner in guise of enquiry.

2. Since pending the current paper No.10270 of 2025, the petitioner has insulted the second respondent, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent police and co-operate for the enquiry. The first respondent police is directed to dispose of the pending on-going enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the petitioner should not be harassed in the name of enquiry.
