This matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.This is with respect to the recording in the interim order with respect to disconnect for four years. According to the counsel, it is only six months.

3.It has also been informed that the petition is pending under the Guardian and Wards Act for custody of the minor. Therefore, the observation made by us is only prima facie and therefore, will not have any bearing on the aforesaid proceedings. We make it clear that the concerned Court will have to decide the matter on its own merit. Therefore, the question as to whether there is disconnect for four years or six months is something which the concerned Court will have to ignore and decide the matter on merits.
