This writ petition is heard through Videoconferencing, on account of the COVID-19 pandemic situation.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's trade mark application No.2029844 dated 28.09.2010 and No.2490392 dated 06.03.2013 have already been withdrawn and hence, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
