Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent herein in Pro.Na.Ka.No.1993/A1/2014 dated 27.05.2014, to quash the same and consequentially direct the respondents herein to give appointment to the petitioner on compassionate ground consequent on the death of his father, Thiru.P.Ramachandran on 08.05.2006, while serving as Headmaster, Panchayat Union Middle School, Aravatha, Pernampattu Panchayat Union, Vellore District.
