Crl.M.P.No.8263 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.SR.33190 of 2016 G.CHOCKALINGAM, J., This Petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 7 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 12.04.2016 made in Crl.A.No.1 of 2008 on the file of Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai confirming the order dated 17.12.2007 made in SC.No.26 of 2007 on the file of Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submits no serious objection in allowing the condone delay petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit accompanying the Petition and hence, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the main case, if it is otherwise in order.
