(Order was delivered by M.DURAISWAMY, J.) The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the charge memo issued by the respondent dated 29.07.2021 and to quash the same.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner, after making elaborate submission, sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to submit her explanation to the impugned charge memo dated 29.07.2021 within a period of two weeks.

3.Mr.C.T.Mohan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for giving such liberty to the petitioner. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
