PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to extend the time for further period of four weeks for executing the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12569 of 2020, dated 21.08.2020. ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for further period of four weeks for executing the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12569 of 2020, dated 21.08.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to pandemic situation, the petitioner was unable to surrender and execute the sureties within the time stipulated by this Court. Hence, he seeks for extension of time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner shall surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
