This petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the Principal District and Sessions Court, Tiruvannamalai, to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No. 10 of 2020 on its file within the time

2. The facts of the case is that the petitioner herein has entered into a sale agreement with one K.Venkatesan, . After entering into the agreement the said K.Venkatesan passed away and failed to execute the sale agreement. Thereafter, the petitioner herein filed O.S.No.45 of 2010 on the file of the Principal, Sub Judge, Arni impleading the respondents herein as they are the legal heirs of the deceased K.Venkatesan, and the same was ordered in favour of the petitioner. Aggrieved over the same the first respondent herein preferred an appeal in A.S.No. 10 of 2020 on the file of District and Sessions Court, Tiruvannamalai and the same is pending. Hence the petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to dispose of the said A.S. as early as possible. 2/4

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner herein is a senior citizen and he was made to run from pillar to post to attend the Court proceeding which is not a justifiable one. Hence he prays to allow this petition.

4. In view of the above, the learned Judge, District and Sessions Court, Tiruvannamalai is directed to dispose of the A.S.No. 10 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
